Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a Quality Inspection Technician II to inspect incoming supplier products and internal assemblies onsite in Burnsville, MN. You will read drawings, document inspection results in SAP, and ensure conformance to workmanship and QMS requirements.

The role requires a HS Diploma with at least 1 year of inspection or related experience, and you will work on multiple product lines with attention to detail. Training and FAA tag issuance may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to read and interpret design docs and procedures.
• Experience inspecting products and documentation.
• Familiarity with GD&T and measurement tooling.
• Proficient in using SAP to record results.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving and production inspections according to procedures.
• Document inspection results and non-conformances.
• Support internal and customer audits and production schedules.
• Read and interpret drawings and BOMs for inspection criteria.
• Maintain inspection records and update procedures as needed.
