Job summary

Click Bond, Inc. is seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to verify conformance of internal and procured parts against engineering drawings and procedures. You’ll ensure compliance with AS9100/ISO standards and prepare inspection records, certifications, and non-conformance documentation.

You will operate measurement equipment, participate in FAI activities, and help train new staff. The role requires strong GD&T knowledge, SPC familiarity, and proficiency with ERP/MRP systems.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in quality inspection or related position.
• 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• GD&T reading proficiency.
• Audit training or experience.
• ASQ CQI certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use inspection devices to verify conformance with drawings, PO's, and specs.
• Set up and operate Retina automated inspection system.
• Produce inspection reports and certificates of compliance.
• Stamp approval for procured/internal product and shipping docs.
• Produce reports of traceability and certificates of compliance.
• Assist in creating inspection plans and inspection report forms.
• Train new employees and level 1 inspectors.
• Perform First Article, In-Process, Final and Shipping inspections.
• Coordinate audits and training in AS9162 Operator Self-Verification Programs.
• XRF material analysis and non-conformance management.
