Job summary

Click Bond, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to inspect and measure internally manufactured parts and procured products, ensuring compliance with AS9100/ISO standards.

You will perform first article inspections, non-conformances, and log data in the ERP/MRP system. The role includes training new staff, creating inspection plans, participating in root-cause analysis (5-Why/8D), operating the Retina system, and ensuring traceability.

Qualifications

• Has knowledge of SPC and basic statistics.
• Experience with AS9102 FAI (First Article Inspection).
• Understanding of GD&T; certification required.
• Reads and interprets engineering drawings and procedures.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and ERP/MRP software.
• Experience with 6-Sigma and Lean Manufacturing.
• Knowledge of NCR process and non-conformances.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Use inspection devices to determine conformance with drawings and specs.
• Operate Retina automated inspection system.
• Produce inspection reports and enter data into ERP/MRP.
• Stamp approval and issue shipping documentation.
• Create AS9102 FAI’s and certificates of compliance.
• Train new employees and level 1 inspectors.
• Assist in control/inspection plans and training materials.
• Coordinate with internal customers and perform various inspections.
• Perform First Article, In-Process, Final and Shipping inspections.
