Job summary

AeroPlastics Inc. is seeking a quality inspector to perform inbound, in-process, and final inspections, ensuring conformance to specifications. You will interpret blueprints and GD&T and use precision tools to verify parts.FAIs and documentation using Net-Inspect/NetSpect are part of the role. Local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years of aerospace quality inspection or regulated industry experience.
• GD&T experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform inbound inspections of materials and components.
• Perform in-process and final inspections to verify product conformance to specifications and quality standards.
• Perform outbound inspections and final release activities.
• Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T requirements.
• Utilize precision measurement and inspection equipment including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, optical comparators.
• Complete First Article Inspections (FAIs) and documentation, preferably using Net-Inspect/NetSpect.
• Acquire and maintain supporting documentation for orders.
• Other duties as assigned.
