Projects Inc. is seeking a Quality Inspector to join our Quality team. We manufacture complex precision-machined components for aerospace and power systems, ensuring compliance with AS9100 and FAA standards. You will perform inspections throughout manufacturing, verify certifications, and support audits.

Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement in safety and product quality.

Competenze

• Minimum 3–5 years of inspection experience in aerospace, aviation, defense, medical device, or precision manufacturing environments.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Proficient in the use of precision measuring instruments.

Mansioni

• Perform dimensional, visual, and functional inspections of machined components, assemblies, and materials.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, GD&T requirements, specifications, and quality plans.
• Review material certifications and supplier documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct First Article Inspections (FAI) in accordance with AS9102.
• Identify, document, and report nonconforming materials and products.
• Support RCCA and CAPA activities and participate in quality meetings.
