Quest Global seeks a Quality Inspector for first shift in the Coralville, IA area. The role focuses on inspecting CCAs, subassemblies, and top-level assemblies to ensure workmanship standards and regulatory compliance before customer shipment.

You will train under certified inspectors, verify quality across production stages, and document nonconformances. Strong attention to detail and ability to lift up to 40 lbs are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1–3 years of quality inspection experience in Aerospace or equivalent technology.
• Ability to successfully complete inspector training and certification requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret manufacturing documentation, work instructions, drawings, and specifications.
• Effective communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-process inspections for circuit card assemblies and subassemblies to ensure compliance with Workmanship Standards.
• Verify workmanship and process adherence across production stages and report nonconforming conditions.
• Perform top-level inspections of cables, connectors, and mechanical components to ensure proper assembly.
• Conduct final acceptance inspections and ensure paperwork is complete before shipment.
• Participate in training and certification programs for designated inspection processes.
