Quest Global seeks a Quality Inspector for first shift in the Coralville, IA area. The role focuses on inspecting CCAs, subassemblies, and top-level assemblies to ensure workmanship standards and regulatory compliance before customer shipment.

The Quality Inspector is responsible for reviewing and inspecting circuit card assemblies (CCAs), subassemblies, and top-level assemblies to ensure compliance with Workmanship Standards, process documentation, engineering requirements, and quality standards. This position plays a critical role in maintaining product quality throughout the manufacturing process and prior to customer shipment.
Inspectors receive formal classroom training and hands-on mentorship from a Certified Inspector before obtaining authorization to accept product. Inspection authorization is process-specific, and inspectors may be certified in one or more designated assembly processes based on training and qualification requirements.
Pay Range: $19/hour-$23/hour
1st Shift (7:30 am-3:30 pm)
2nd Shift (3:30 pm-11:30 pm)
3rd Shift (11:30 pm-7:30 am)
Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
Travel requirements: Due to the nature of the work, no travel is required.
