Job summary

TRIGO ADR Americas is seeking a Quality Inspector to perform visual, in-process and final inspections on aerospace machined components. You will use hand tools, read blueprints, and verify test data in accordance with AS9102 and GD&T procedures.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work under deadlines, fluent English, and a valid driver's license. On-site position with competitive hourly pay and benefits package including health insurance and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Experienced quality professional specializing in dimensional inspection of aerospace machined components.
• Experience performing FAI’s – AS9102.
• Proficient with hand measurement tools and gauges.
• Proficient with MS Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform GD&T checks.
• Knowledge of ASME Y14.5 GD&T and blueprint interpretation.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual, in-process, and final inspections as required.
• Conduct FAI inspections and verify test data and documentation.
• Utilize hand tools and CMM inspection processes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, policies, and procedures.
• Process warehouse materials and support corrective actions.
