Job summary

TRIGO ADR Americas is seeking a Quality Inspector to perform visual and dimensional inspection of aerospace machined components, including FAI’s per AS9102. The role requires familiarity with hand tools, GD&T, and blueprint interpretation, with strong attention to quality data and documentation.

The position supports Quality Operations under general supervision, with typical hours Mon–Fri 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. and opportunities for growth within a global aerospace services provider.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a quality inspector or technician.
• Aerospace manufacturing facility experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
• Fluent English – reading and writing.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Experienced quality individual in dimensional inspection of aerospace machined components.
• Experience in performing FAI’s – AS9102.
• Experience with hand measurement tools.
• Knowledge of CMM inspection process.
• Knowledge and experience in GD&T (ASME Y14.5).
• Knowledge and experience with blueprint interpretation.
• Perform final inspection and receiving inspection (dimensional, visual, surface finish, assembly).
• Reads, interprets, and utilizes quality policies and documentation.
