Job summary

TRIGO ADR Americas is seeking a Quality Inspector to perform visual and dimensional inspections on aerospace machined components, including FAI’s per AS9102. Proficiency with hand measurement tools, GD&T (ASME Y14.5), and blueprint interpretation is required.

Strong English communication and data handling skills are essential to verify test data and documentation. The role supports in-process and final inspections, with responsibilities spanning reading policies, procedures, and engineering

Qualifications

• Experience in dimensional inspection of aerospace machined components.
• Experience performing FAI’s – AS9102.
• Experience with hand measurement tools and gauges.
• Proficiency in reading MS Outlook and Excel for data handling.
• Knowledge of GD&T ASME Y14.5 and blueprint interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Perform dimensional, visual, and final in-process inspections as directed.
• Read and interpret blueprints, policies, and engineering documentation.
• Process and file inspection data and associated documentation.
• Support corrective actions and root-cause analysis.
• Prepare for receiving and final inspections and report findings.
• Maintain compliance with quality policies and procedures.
• Travel to supplier locations as needed and manage multiple objectives.
