Job summary

TRIGO ADR Americas is seeking a skilled Quality Inspector to perform dimensional inspections on aerospace machined components and to participate in FAI activities (AS9102). The role requires proficiency with hand tools, GD&T (ASME Y14.5), and blueprint interpretation.

Applicants should be fluent in English, possess a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, and be able to operate within a quality-driven environment under supervision by Quality Operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in dimensional inspection of aerospace machined components.
• Experience in performing FAI’s – AS9102.
• Experience with hand measurement tools.
• MS Outlook and Excel experience.
• Experience with hand measurement gauges, conduct conventional inspection to engineering requirements.
• Knowledge and experience in GD&T (ASME Y14.5).
• Knowledge and experience with blueprint interpretation.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Perform dimensional inspection of aerospace machined components.
• Conduct FAI’s – AS9102.
• Use hand measurement tools and gauges.
• Perform final inspection and Receiving Inspection, including dimensional, visual inspection, surface finish, and assembly inspection.
• Read and interpret quality policies, procedures, blueprints and other documentation.
• Process warehouse materials and follow established guidelines.
• Support corrective actions and identify root causes.
• Collaborate with quality management team and external customers.
