Job summary

TRIGO ADR Americas is seeking a Quality Inspector to perform aerospace dimensional inspections, including in-process, final, and FAI assessments. The role requires hands-on use of tools, experience with GD&T, AS9102 FAI, and CMM processes.

The inspector will verify test data, interpret blueprints, and ensure compliance with quality policies while supporting corrective actions and documentation control. Strong English and driving (insurance) are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in dimensional inspection of aerospace machined components.
• Experience in performing FAI’s – AS9102.
• Experience with hand measurement tools.
• MS Outlook and Excel experience.
• Experience with hand measurement gauges, conduct conventional inspection to engineering requirements.
• Knowledge and experience in GD&T (ASME Y14.5).
• Knowledge and experience with blueprint interpretation.
• Valid drivers license and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Experienced quality individual in dimensional inspection of aerospace machined components.
• Experience in performing FAI’s – AS9102.
• Experience with hand measurement tools.
• Knowledge of CMM Inspection process.
• Knowledge and experience in GD&T (ASME Y14.5).
• Knowledge and experience with blueprint interpretation.
• Perform final inspection and receiving inspection (dimensional, visual, surface finish, assembly).
• Reads, interprets, and utilizes Quality policies, procedures, blueprints, and other documentation.
• Process warehouse materials.
• Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
• Support corrective actions and identify root causes.
• Other duties as assigned.
