Job summary

TRIGO ADR Americas is seeking a Quality Inspector to perform visual and dimensional inspections on aerospace machined components, including FAI activities per AS9102 and final/receiving inspections. You will use hand tools and interpret blueprints, GD&T per ASME Y14.5, and verify data and documentation.

Strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure are essential, with fluency in English and attention to detail. A valid driver’s license and Excel proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Experienced quality professional in dimensional inspection of aerospace machined components.
• Experience performing FAI’s – AS9102 and use of hand measurement tools.
• Knowledge of GD&T (ASME Y14.5) and blueprint interpretation.
• Proficient with MS Outlook and Excel; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform dimensional inspection, in-process, final and receiving inspections.
• Conduct FAI activities and verify test data and documentation.
• Read and interpret quality policies, procedures, blueprints and other docs.
• Process warehouse materials and follow established guidelines.
• Support corrective actions and identify root causes.
