TRIGO ADR Americas is seeking a Quality Inspector to perform visual and dimensional inspections on aerospace components, including FAI’s (AS9102) and final inspections. The role requires familiarity with hand tools, GD&T, and blueprint interpretation, with responsibilities spanning data verification and documentation.

The candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to quality; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in dimensional inspection of aerospace machined components.
• Experience in performing FAI’s – AS9102.
• Experience with hand measurement tools.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook and Excel.
• Experience with hand measurement gauges and conventional inspection.
• Knowledge of GD&T (ASME Y14.5).
• Blueprint interpretation skills.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.

Aufgaben

• Perform in-process, final, and receiving inspections including dimensional and visual checks.
• Verify test data and related documentation.
• Read and apply quality policies, procedures, blueprints, and other documentation.
• Support corrective actions and root-cause analysis.
• Operate in a team environment and communicate effectively.
