Job summary

TRIGO ADR Americas is seeking a Quality Inspector to perform dimensional and visual inspections of aerospace machined components, including FAI activities per AS9102 and final/receiving inspections. The role requires strong GD&T knowledge, blueprint interpretation, and experience with CMM processes.

Candidates should be fluent in English, with hand tool proficiency and the ability to work under supervision within a quality operations team.

Qualifications

• Experienced quality individual in dimensional inspection of aerospace machined components.
• Experience in performing FAI’s – AS9102.
• Experience with hand measurement tools.
• MS Outlook, and EXCEL experience.
• Experience with hand measurement gauges, conduct conventional inspection to engineering requirements.
• Knowledge and experience in GD&T (ASME Y14.5).
• Knowledge and experience with blueprint interpretation.
• Valid drivers license and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Perform dimensional inspection of aerospace machined components.
• Conduct FAI inspections per AS9102.
• Perform final and receiving inspections (dimensional, visual, surface finish, assembly).
• Read and interpret quality policies, blueprints, and documentation.
• Process warehouse materials.
• Support corrective actions and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with QA team and customers as needed.
