Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of quality inspection experience in aerospace or mechanical industries.
• Experience performing mechanical and dimensional inspections in machine shop or job shop environments.
• Proficiency using micrometers and calipers for precise measurement.

Aufgaben

• Perform dimensional inspection of parts and sub-assemblies used in aerospace applications.
• Work with tight tolerances, including +/- 0.005 inches, to verify parts meet requirements.
• Analyze drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine inspection processes.
• Inspect parts before and after processing using measuring tools to ensure conformance to specs.
• Record inspection data and maintain traceability of quality records.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to address findings and support continuous improvement.
