Job summary

Pratt & Whitney AutoAir in Lansing, MI is seeking a Quality Manager to ensure QMS adherence and overall product quality while supporting daily operations of the manufacturing cell. This role offers exposure to aerospace manufacturing and a path to leadership in a thriving sector.

You will lead a team of quality engineers, drive quality initiatives, and collaborate across safety, engineering, and operations to uphold top-tier standards and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree plus 5+ years in Quality Engineering/Management or related fields in aviation, aerospace, automotive or regulated sectors.
• 5+ years in Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, or MRO operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of quality engineers to deliver results with safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Mentor reports to foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with safety, operations, engineering, materials and maintenance to meet deliverables and solve problems.
• Review and approve technical data and work instructions in support of engineering and operations.
• Drive implementation of quality initiatives and procedures.
