Job summary

Pratt & Whitney is seeking a Program Quality Manager for Mature Commercial Engines to lead quality activities across the engine program. You will interact with customers, internal teams, and external producers to achieve high quality performance during development, certification, production and delivery.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, effective communication, and cross-functional collaboration within the Integrated Program Management Team to ensure fleet performance and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical, business or Quality field or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years’ experience in Engineering/Technical/Quality Positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction with emphasis on team building among Module Centers, P&Ws Suppliers and Partners.
• Communicate effectively with strong tactical leadership and business acumen.
• Drive program quality activities by coordinating with CIPTs, Module Centers, Supplier Quality, and Engine Centers.
• Serve as primary liaison with the Airframe Customer for all quality issues.
