Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Aerospace Engineering.
• 8+ years of quality engineering experience in the aerospace industry.
• 3+ years of experience managing a team.
• Ability to perform work under ITAR/EAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of quality engineers and mentors to develop talent.
• Lead development and implementation of quality plans across product families.
• Drive process improvements using MSAs, SPC, Lean, Six Sigma.
• Provide advanced technical support for quality issues and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, production teams, and quality inspectors; present to customers.
• Ensure quality documentation and non-conformance reports are compliant.
• Oversee supplier quality management and audits.
• Develop training programs on quality processes and inspection techniques.
