Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience with design, fabrication, integration, and testing methodologies.
• Knowledge of AS9100 quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of Quality Engineers.
• Support day-to-day operations by assigning and delegating work.
• Drive root cause and corrective action investigations.
• Own resolution of Discrepancy Reports in operations and with suppliers.
• Partner with manufacturing, integration, and engineering teams for reliable operations.
• Enforce quality requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
