Job summary

Winchester Interconnect in Garden Grove, CA is seeking a Quality Engineer to be the technical expert for our AS9100 QMS. You will lead RCCA investigations, manage FAI processes, and act as the primary quality interface for customers during audits.

This full-time role requires 3–5+ years in AS9100/ISO13485 environments and a solid background in quality methods. The position oversees internal audits, MRB dispositions, and continuous improvement initiatives while aligning with Engineering to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial) or related field.
• 3–5+ years of Quality Engineering in AS9100/ISO13485 manufacturing.
• Experience leading RCCA investigations and internal audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead RCCA process and respond to CARs.
• Own AS9102 FAI process documentation.
• Lead internal audits per AS9100/QMS and manage audit log.
• Lead MRB for non-conforming material disposition.
• Serve as Quality interface for customers and audits.
• Ensure quality work instructions meet requirements.
• Interpret and flow down customer requirements to org.
