Job summary

AllClear Aerospace & Defense seeks a Quality Engineer to lead the development, application, and maintenance of the company’s quality system. You will ensure engineering, manufacturing, and inspection processes meet customer and internal requirements and drive corrective actions from RCCA across suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities include planning quality, conducting audits to AS9100/ISO standards, and performing FAI/AS9102 documentation to uphold the highest product quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in quality and/or engineering roles.
• AS9100 certification desired; ASQ certifications are highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain the Quality Control System to conform to customer and company requirements.
• Lead internal and external audits of suppliers, processes, and the Quality System.
• Review non-conforming materials and drive RCCA and corrective actions to closure.
• Perform inspection and testing per drawings and process specs to ensure product quality.
