Job summary

Elevate Aircraft Seating in Huntington Beach, CA, is seeking a Quality Engineer to monitor and improve customer and internal quality metrics in an on-site aerospace environment.

You will lead RCA, SPC, FMEA, and continuous improvement initiatives, partner with engineering and suppliers, and ensure compliance with AS9100 and related requirements while supporting audits and process enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred or equivalent experience.
• Level I–III aerospace quality experience preferred.
• Experience in quality systems and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer and process quality KPIs and drive improvements.
• Lead root cause analysis using SPC, FMEA, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
• Develop inspection plans and support First Article Inspections (FAI).
• Collaborate with Program Management, customers, and suppliers on quality issues.
