CAEtech Inc. seeks an experienced Quality Engineer – Aerospace Manufacturing for a full-time contract with benefits and potential conversion. Onsite in the Los Angeles/Glendale area, this role covers design and production support, MRB, PFMEA, and continuous improvement across hydromechanical products.

Expect 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, five days a week, with steel-toe boots and eye protection required. The successful candidate will lead quality planning, supplier interactions and audits, driving root-cause

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with strong aerospace quality experience.
• Minimum 3 years in aerospace/industrial manufacturing quality roles.
• Experience with RCCA, MRB, PFMEA, control plans and CAPA processes.

Responsabilités

• Provide QA support to customers and internal teams across manufacturing, assembly and test.
• Review drawings, ATE procedures, process plans and FAI reports.
• Lead non-conforming material control, MRB activities and corrective actions.
• Support AS9100 compliance and supplier quality improvements.
• Facilitate audits, root-cause investigations and process improvements.
