Job summary

Triumph Yakima is seeking a Quality Assurance leader to manage FAA, EASA, CAAC, and UK CAA QMS and the AS9110 MRO QMS. You will be the primary quality interface with customers, ensure clear communication of requirements, review EIDP, and drive zero-defect initiatives with cross-functional teams in operations, engineering, manufacturing and inspection.

The role includes leading audits, developing inspection plans, and maintaining quality metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Quality Assurance required, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Self-motivated individual who can work with minimal direction.
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to successfully collaborate across organizations and functions.
• BS in Engineering or Aviation-related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage 145 FAA, EASA, CAAC and UK CAA Quality Management systems (QMS).
• Manage AS9110 MRO QMS.
• Act as the key Quality interface between Triumph Yakima and assigned customer by assuring that customer needs are clearly communicated, understood, and adhered to.
• Review End Item Data Packages (EIDP).
• Oversee the Quality Control Department.
• Plan, coordinate & administer the Audit & Training programs.
• Maintain & report all Quality metrics.
