Job summary

Triumph seeks a Program Quality Engineer for our Macomb, MI facility. You will lead end-to-end quality activities, coordinate with customers, and ensure compliance with AS9100D/AS13100 while supporting NPIs and RCCA efforts.

Responsibilities include MRB handling, APQP/PPAP participation, reviewing drawings, and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality aerospace components. Onsite role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM).
• 3+ years of experience in a Quality Role in an Aerospace manufacturing environment.
• Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) Trained.
• AS9100D and AS13100 requirements.
• Reading blueprints and interpreting customer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Interacting with Customer to process nonconforming parts (MRB) and support audits.
• Collaborate with customer / TGS team on NPI requirements and cost savings.
• Own key elements for development, review, and improvement related to end-customer requirements.
• Ensure all Customer requirements are established, documented, and maintained in compliance.
• Provide Quality interface between organization and customers/suppliers to satisfy needs.
• Interpret test results against engineering requirements and standards.
