Job summary

Infosys seeks a Quality Engineer – MRB / RCCA / Non-Conformance Management to support aerospace manufacturing operations through non-conformance management, root cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous quality improvement. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution in a related field.
• 8+ years aerospace manufacturing quality experience (MRB/RCCA/CAPA) or similar.
• Experience with non-conformance management and quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead RCA and CAPA initiatives and MRB activities.
• Improve non-conformance documentation and reporting.
• Analyze quality trends and production data for improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing and supplier quality teams.
• Review drawings and process documentation to support MRB decisions.
• Drive continuous improvements in quality and producibility.
