Job summary

MOHR Talent is hiring a Continuous Improvement Engineer to help lead the quality management system in an aerospace manufacturing environment. This role focuses on developing procedures, statistical sampling, audits, and NAdcap/AS9100 compliance, with an opportunity to contribute to long-term quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar quality role, preferably within aerospace or defense manufacturing.
• Experience working with ISO quality management standards, AS9100 or Nadcap is strongly preferred.
• Must be able to obtain a security clearance if required and must be a U.S. person as defined by export control regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop quality procedures aligned with customer requirements and process specifications.
• Build and maintain sampling plans using recognized statistical methods.
• Lead internal audits to prepare the team for external certification reviews.
• Support the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with AS9100 and Nadcap standards.
• Review engineering drawings to identify key characteristics and critical items.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize quality data to drive measurable improvements.
• Monitor, test, and inspect products to confirm they meet all specified standards.
