Job summary

Movement Search & Delivery is seeking a hands-on Quality Engineer to support and improve the company’s Quality Management System in a heavy‑regulated manufacturing environment. You will work with Engineering, Manufacturing, Program Management, Suppliers, and Customers to drive quality improvements, support audits, and resolve nonconformances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of quality engineering in a regulated manufacturing environment (AS9100/ISO 9001).
• Experience with root cause analysis and CAPA processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Interpret engineering drawings and customer quality requirements during contract reviews.
• Develop and maintain quality standards, inspection methods, and quality documentation.
• Generate FAIRs in compliance with AS9100 on schedule.
• Support internal and supplier audits and customer visits as a quality resource.
• Maintain AS9100 and customer compliance in manufacturing operations.
• Lead root cause investigations and drive CAPA/RCCA actions.
• Assist with testing activities and validation requirements.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to improve process capability.
• Support scrap reduction and defect prevention initiatives.
