Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking a Quality Engineer – MRB, RCCA & Non-Conformance Management to support aerospace manufacturing operations through non-conformance management, root cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in aerospace manufacturing quality, experience with MRB disposition, RCCA, CAPA and defect analysis, and will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing and supplier quality teams to drive corrective actions and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• 8+ years of aerospace manufacturing quality experience (MRB/RCCA/CAPA).
• Experience with non-conformance management and quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support non-conformance documentation, investigation, and disposition.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) initiatives.
• Improve the quality and effectiveness of non-conformance documentation and reporting.
• Conduct defect analysis and Pareto-based reviews to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Supplier Quality teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Analyze production data and quality trends to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
• Support containment activities, concession reviews, and customer-driven quality investigations.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, manufacturing plans, and process documentation to support MRB decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality performance, producibility, and manufacturing efficiency.
• Participate in cross-functional review boards and communicate technical recommendations to stakeholders and management.
