Qarbon Aerospace Inc. is seeking an Aerospace Quality Engineer 3 in Red Oak, TX. The role provides technical support to production, establishes the quality system, and ensures compliance with FAA/DoD/ITAR, Nadcap, and AS9100 requirements.

Onsite 4x10 shift with collaboration across engineering and manufacturing teams. Responsibilities include developing inspection processes, FPQ/FAI plans, and deployment of APQP tools, while maintaining Zero Defect Manufacturing metrics and effective

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 6+ years of aerospace experience, or associate with 8+ years, or 10+ years in aerospace QA.
• US Citizenship or permanent residency per ITAR guidelines is required.
• Experience onsite, 4x10 shift with occasional after-hours support.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support to production and establish quality systems on assigned programs.
• Develop inspection processes and FPQ/FAI plans with engineering.
• Ensure tooling, equipment and processes meet customer and industry standards.
• Deploy APQP tools and maintain Zero Defect Manufacturing initiatives.
• Lead problem solving with 8D/5Why and Ishikawa to prevent nonconformances.
• Interface with customers and suppliers on technical topics and reviews.
