Qarbon Aerospace Inc. is seeking an Engineer, Supplier Quality 2 in Red Oak, TX. The role ensures supplier qualifications, audits, and conformance to customer requirements for aerospace components. Travel across the United States is required.

The position emphasizes implementing QA strategies, coordinating with internal teams, and driving continuous improvement within supplier networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (STEM preferred) or equivalent.
• Experience in supplier quality in aerospace fabrication or assembly.
• Understanding of aerospace standards and certification processes (AS9100, ISO-9001).
• Knowledge of FAI and AS9102 requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier qualifications, action plans, audits, and performance monitoring.
• Support supplier onboarding, oversight, issue investigation/resolution, and audits nationwide.
• Lead/participate in supplier quality meetings with suppliers and site leadership.
• Develop, implement, and audit supplier inspection plans and acceptance criteria.
• Drive continuous improvement and problem solving using quality tools.
