Job summary

Xanfab Space in SeaTac, WA is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Engineer with AS9100 knowledge to own quality processes and support aerospace electronics manufacturing. You will collaborate with engineers on process documentation and production support, growing into greater responsibilities.

The role requires a BS in a manufacturing/engineering field and at least 2 years in manufacturing or quality control, with hands-on AS9100 experience including nonconformance handling and CAPA activities on

Qualifications

BS in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering or related field.
Minimum 2 years of manufacturing/quality control experience in aerospace/defense electronics.
Experience with AS9100 quality systems and nonconformance handling.
Experience with QC processes and QMS documentation.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day quality processes in AS9100 compliance and manage NCRs, CAPA, and audits.
Develop and maintain manufacturing work instructions, routers, and process docs for PCB assembly.
Assist root cause investigations and corrective actions for customer issues.
Provide shop floor support and train staff on updated quality documentation.
