The ideal candidate has a BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, 2+ years in quality engineering, and experience with AS9102 FAI, MRB processes, and quality data analysis.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years in Quality Engineering in aerospace or regulated industry.
• Knowledge of QA methodologies and QMS.
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Knowledge of AS9100/ISO 9001 and FAA or NADCAP regulations.

Responsibilities

• Identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.
• Coordinate and support First Article Inspections (FAI) per AS9102.
• Lead audits and inspections to ensure compliance.
• Support MRB meetings and material disposition decisions.
• Participate in design and process reviews and quality planning for new products.
