Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of Quality or Manufacturing Engineering experience in aerospace, automotive, or related manufacturing.
• Hands-on APQP and PPAP experience required.
• Knowledge of DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, and MSA required.
• Experience with GD&T; AS9145 or AS9100 preferred.
• Knowledge of SPC and process capability tools preferred.
• Experience with audits, RCCA, NCRs, FAI, and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Support quality activities across Engineering, Manufacturing, Suppliers, and Customers.
• Lead or support RCCA, NCR, corrective actions, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Apply APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, and MSA to product and process development.
• Analyze quality and production data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support FAI, process/product changes, qualification activities, and reliability testing.
• Review quality documentation, deviations, and engineering/manufacturing changes.
• Support internal, customer, aerospace, and regulatory audits.
• Identify quality risks and work with cross-functional teams to implement effective corrective actions.
• Help establish and improve quality processes associated with AS9145 implementation.
• Apply statistical and process-control methods as appropriate.
