Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with 3+ years QA engineering, or 7+ years with HS diploma.
• Aerospace quality assurance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of AIAG quality standards and quality tools.
• Familiarity with AS9100/ISO quality systems and customer specifications.
• Demonstrated communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain AS9100/ISO quality system requirements.
• Serve as liaison for quality concerns with customers and suppliers.
• Provide statistical information for quality improvement by identifying testing methods and samples.
• Develop and submit APQP PPAP/FAI documentation and approve supplier PPAP/FAI.
• Lead problem solving using AIAG methods (8D, 5-Why, PRR, 7-Step).
• Maintain SPC and quality data analysis; ensure compliance with ISO/AS requirements.
