Job summary

Pratt & Whitney in Middletown, CT is seeking a senior quality leader to ensure supplier, product, and process quality meets internal and regulatory standards. You will guide strategic quality initiatives, manage the CSMC quality function, and coordinate independent reviews and risk assessments.

The role requires extensive experience in aviation/defense quality systems (ISO 9001/AS9100), strong leadership of technical teams, and a proven track record of reducing COPQ and ensuring on-time program

Qualifications

• Advanced degree with 12+ years in Quality/Engineering/Operations in regulated industries.
• 6+ years in Quality Management/Quality Engineering/Operations.
• 6+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality of RTX suppliers, products and processes meets standards.
• Provide direction to complete tasks within budget and schedule.
• Manage the quality function of CSMC.
• Perform independent reviews of CSMC performance and QA.
• Identify areas where plans and risk mitigation may impact mission.
• Establish and implement long-term quality strategy.
