Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with inspection methods and aerospace/precision manufacturing standards.
• Strong supervisory experience leading teams in production or quality environments.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, tolerances, and measurement data.
• Experience with testing equipment, calibration procedures, and traceable records.
• Familiarity with ISO or AS quality standards and strong communication skills.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily quality control activities and inspect machined aerospace components.
• Review test and measurement data for compliance with internal and customer specs.
• Coordinate and prioritize work for quality technicians.
• Ensure proper use and calibration of inspection equipment and maintain quality records.
• Investigate nonconformances and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality assurance and support audits.
• Promote safety-conscious, quality-focused culture.
