Redwire Defense Tech in Ann Arbor, MI seeks an experienced quality assurance/regulatory compliance professional to oversee documentation, audits, and process improvement. You will drive CAPA, risk assessment, and cross-functional collaboration to safeguard aerospace manufacturing quality.

The role requires 3–8+ years in QA/regulatory fields, AS 9100/ISO 9001 expertise, and strong Excel skills, with an emphasis on preventing quality lapses through proactive standards maintenance.

Qualifications

• 3 to 8+ years of hands-on experience in aerospace/manufacturing quality assurance or regulatory compliance.
• Thorough familiarity with AS 9100 and ISO 9001 standards and quality tools.
• Strong documentation control, risk assessment, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Experience with root-cause analysis and CAPA processes; proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Document Control Support: manage quality manuals, SOPs, and compliance records.
• Audit Support: prepare for internal/external audits; track corrective actions and non-conformances.
• Data Tracking: monitor production/service data to identify trends and rule violations.
• Training Assistance: onboard staff on safety and quality rules; support policy training.
• Support: assist Site Leadership with compliance education and improvements.
