This onsite role offers opportunity to lead audits, mentor the quality team, and collaborate with safety, operations, engineering, and suppliers to drive continuous improvement in a thriving aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree with 5+ years in Quality Engineering or similar regulated field.
• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in relevant industry experience.
• Associate's degree with 10+ years in relevant industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory compliance and QMS adherence.
• Lead internal audits and corrective action programs.
• Mentor the quality organization to foster accountability and improvement.
• Collaborate with safety, operations, engineering, and maintenance teams.
• Lead training on regulatory and quality requirements as needed.
• Develop proactive quality initiatives and drive implementation.
