Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or business.
• Minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in quality assurance engineering or management.
• At least five (5) years of management/supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality objectives aligned with corporate policies and goals.
• Lead CAPA processes and track performance with KPIs.
• Inspect, test, and evaluate materials and products.
• Review vendor quality manuals and design documentation.
• Represent the company during audits and customer visits.
• Maintain knowledge of AS9100 and ISO standards.
