Job summary

The candidate will work with engineers, technicians and cross-functional teams in an office setting, handling audits, data analysis and change management while maintaining ERP records and calibration activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2–3 years in aerospace quality administration or related roles.
• Familiar with AS9100 and ISO 9001 standards.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must be a US Person.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards and regulations.
• Manage distribution and retrieval of quality documents; prepare quality metrics.
• Assist in internal and external audits and coordinate schedules.
• Analyze quality data to support decision-making.
• Ensure changes undergo proper quality review and approval.
• Maintain inspection plans in ERP systems and support calibration.
