Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• 2–3 years in aerospace quality administration or related roles.
• Familiarity with aerospace quality standards (AS9100, ISO 9001) and best practices.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; detail-oriented; able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Data analysis and reporting tools; ERP systems (Oracle) and MS Office knowledge.
• Must be a US Person.

Responsibilities

• Compliance & Standards: Ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards, certifications, and industry regulations.
• Documentation & Reporting: Manage distribution/retrieval of quality documents; prepare quality metrics and reports for internal and management use.
• Audits: Assist in internal and external audits, coordinate schedules, address findings, initiate corrective actions.
• Data Analysis: Analyze quality data and performance metrics to support decision-making.
• Change Management: Ensure changes to processes, products, or systems undergo proper quality review and approval.
• Systems Support: Maintain inspection plans in ERP systems and support calibration of measuring instruments.
