Job summary

Paligen Technologies is seeking a Quality Assurance Partner II to support the quality management system, coordinating documentation, reports, and ensuring compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, and other regulations. The role is administrative in nature but requires technical knowledge of aerospace/defense quality systems and the ability to work closely with engineers, technicians, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• 2–3 years in aerospace quality administration or related roles.
• Familiarity with AS9100, ISO 9001 and related standards.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills; detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards, certifications and regulations.
• Manage distribution and retrieval of quality documents; prepare quality metrics and reports.
• Assist in internal and external audits; coordinate schedules, address findings, and initiate corrective actions.
• Analyze quality data and performance metrics to support decision-making.
• Ensure changes to processes, products or systems undergo proper quality review and approval.
• Maintain inspection plans in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) and support calibration of measuring instruments.
