Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in Chatsworth, CA is seeking a Quality Admin Assistant to provide administrative support to the Inspection Department and help maintain the company's Quality Management System in compliance with AS9100 and FAA regulations.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, while coordinating documentation, calibration tracking, and supplier quality

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent quality admin experience.
Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Access.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and information management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Experience in aerospace or AS9100/FAA familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the Quality Assurance and Inspection departments.
Support Receiving Inspection documentation and First Article Inspection (FAI) paperwork.
Prepare, organize, and maintain quality documentation and records.
Coordinate documentation for products and outside services requiring inspection before shipment or receipt.
Assist Quality Inspectors by preparing and completing required documentation for customers, FAA, and regulatory agencies.
Manage and maintain the equipment calibration tracking system.
