• Perform first piece and final inspection to ensure product quality and compliance with aerospace standards
• Operate and utilize CMM equipment to conduct precise dimensional measurements
• Maintain and manage comprehensive quality documentation and inspection records
• AS9100 Support and uphold TS and ISO quality management systems
• Prepare and manage PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation packages

Key Requirements

• Proven experience conducting first piece inspection in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with precision measurement tools including micrometers, calipers, and gauges
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills related to quality processes
