Job summary

Marvin Engineering Co. in Inglewood, CA is seeking a detail-oriented QC Inspector to perform inspections of internal and external components, apply basic GD&T, and document outcomes in SAP.

This role enforces MEC requirements, quality standards, drawings, specifications, and contractual obligations. Responsibilities include independent inspections, visual checks of assemblies, reviewing NDT and supplier docs, generating QC reports, and supporting receiving and in-process inspections.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Certification in GD&T and/or 3+ years of GD&T inspection experience preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experience as a QC inspector.
• ASQ certifications or engineering degree a plus.
• Quality Assurance related coursework or certifications beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform independent inspections of internal/external components to MEC standards and contractual obligations.
• Visual inspection of mechanical assemblies, soldering, and paint finishes.
• Review NDT and supplier documents per MEC Purchase Order.
• Generate inspection reports in SAP and MEC policy.
