Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with AS9100, customer and regulatory requirements.
• Lead investigations into nonconforming material and quality issues using structured methods.
• Perform FAI per AS9102 requirements.
• Develop and improve inspection plans and quality procedures.
• Analyze quality performance data and implement corrective actions.
• Support audits and close findings timely.
• Monitor metrics like scrap, rework, yield, and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain to resolve quality concerns.
• Participate in design reviews and process validation.
• Interpret engineering drawings and customer specifications.
• Prepare reports documenting deviations.
• Develop methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation.
