SEKISUI Aerospace is hiring a Quality Assurance Supervisor for the 1st shift in Sumner, WA. The role leads QA staff, supports the QA Manager, and ensures regulatory compliance while driving continuous improvement in product quality.

Responsibilities include inspection support, audit facilitation, disposition of nonconforming materials, and root-cause analysis using RCCA and 5-Why methods. Strong AS9100 knowledge required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality or related field; Bachelor's preferred.
• 5+ years of aerospace manufacturing quality experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of AS9100, AS9102, RCCA, FAI, GD&T, Blueprint Reading.

Responsabilités

• Provides inspection support to maintain throughput.
• Keeps QA Manager informed of significant issues and actions.
• Review non-conforming materials and track corrective actions.
• Investigate customer returned goods and dispositions.
• Conducts audits to ensure regulatory standards are met.
• Train employees on new procedures.
