Job summary

SEKISUI America Corporation in Sumner, WA is seeking a Production Manager for the 2nd shift. You will lead manufacturing operations, drive safety, quality and delivery, and implement lean practices on the shop floor.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on problem solving, and collaboration with engineering, quality and supply chain to meet customer expectations. Compensation includes a salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 per year and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or 4-year technical degree in manufacturing.
• Equivalent experience may be used in lieu of above requirement.
• 5-10 years of experience in lean manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and coordinate operations of the manufacturing floor and communicate with other departments on needs, priorities and issues.
• Set up production floor space for new programs and contribute to new product introductions from SOW to mass production.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and reduce non-value-added activities.
